Increase in Fees
The fees for Emirates ID, visit, and residency visas have been increased. This fee will be applicable on all types of services issued by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP).

New Rule for Visit Visa Holders

They are now required to exit the UAE and re-enter with a new visit visa. This rule applies to all individuals holding a visit visa in the UAE.
Mandatory Fine for Overstaying
It is now mandatory for individuals who overstay their visa to pay a fine.
These individuals will need an out pass or leave permit to exit UAE. This out pass is mandatory during exit from Dubai.
